Job Description

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the organisation's workforce goals.

- Utilise applicant tracking systems to manage candidate records and streamline processes.

- Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during hiring procedures.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market.

- Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:

- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in the business services sector.

- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment legislation in Australia.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
