Our team is expanding and evolving, as a result, we are about to embark on an exciting re-branding journey to ensure that the Growth Australia message aligns with the quality and aspirations of our clients and team. We have become market leaders in our space & it’s integral that our content and branding align with this.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing including Adwords, Meta & EDM.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign with a high level of skill to produce flawless material matching our quality brand.
- Copywriting engaging and compelling words to attract new clientele.
- Work with our inhouse design and sales team, to ensure every aspect of our outreach is successful at driving sales.
- Attend client meetings & networking events as required.

The role requires a positive, hands-on and highly motivated professional who thrives on management and delivery of impeccable digital engagement strategies. As our marketing consultant, you will be working closely with the in-house design & sales team across a wide range of marketing and communication activities to help deliver campaigns which promotes the vision and reach of the Growth Australia brand and also provide collateral and strategies that support the function of sourcing profitable revenue for the business.
- Passion for providing an outstanding client experience
- Marketing-related qualification (degree or similar)
- Strong network of potential clients and good local knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to proof
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- A healthy respect for deadlines
- A love of campaign management
- Passion for digital and social media marketing, including a strong knowledge of various social media platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram in particular, have the ability to keep up with their algorithms and to use social advertising advantageously
- Exposure to Social Media scheduling tools (e.g. Business Suite)
- Show the ability to think creatively and abstractly
- Design engaging events, promotions and experiences
- Work alongside our graphic design and brand team on the creating and implementation of the new Growth Australia
- Possess strong computer skills, including formatting and graphic design skills
- Have strong web design experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain, up-to-date and relevant campaigns and collateral
