This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner to take the next step in their career where you'll get to support your own dedicated client group. You'll be joining a well-known multinational brand that places huge value on social responsibility and a supportive and collaborative team culture.

As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for Partnering with your stakeholders across the region to support all People & Culture matters and drive the national People & Culture agenda. Reporting to a supportive & enabling Head of People your responsibilities will include:

- Coaching and upskilling managers to ensure HR best practice.
- Providing guidance on change management initiatives within the business.
- Getting involved with ad hoc projects including DE&I initiatives.
- Working in conjunction with the operations team to identify any skills gaps within the organisation and putting together recommendations for training programs.
- Planning and leading on engagement activities across the business.
- Working on succession planning and personal development plans.

To be successful for this opportunity you will need:

- Proven experience within a similar HR Advisory or Business Partnering role.
- Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing or multi-site experience.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- The ability to be mobile; the role is field-based and will require regular travel.
