**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee and manage the barista team, including scheduling shifts, training new staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the consistency and quality of coffee beverages, maintaining high standards in preparation and presentation.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing feedback and resolving any service-related issues to enhance the customer experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Handle inventory, manage orders, and minimize waste to ensure efficient operations.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with management on menu innovations and coffee programs, staying updated on industry trends.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation, with a deep understanding of coffee beans and flavor profiles.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate and develop a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Multitasking**: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong critical thinking skills to address challenges and improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Typically requires at least 2-3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- **Education**: Coffee certification or formal training in barista skills is a plus.
- **Passion for Coffee**: A genuine interest in coffee culture and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

**Work Environment**The role of a Head Barista is often fast-paced and requires interaction with customers and staff. It is essential for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence in coffee preparation and service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.95 - $40.90 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
