As one of the Nodo Store Head Baristas, you play a crucial role in the store management team. You are in charge of all things coffee at your store, and you will be responsible for the maintaining a high standard of product quality, cleanliness, stock control and team training; working closely with the store manager and group head of coffee to achieve this, so our customers wake up beautiful every day. We are currently hiring for multiple locations including Everton Park and Carindale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft delicious and expertly brewed coffee, leading by example.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Bring a vibrant, energetic attitude to work, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the store manager and store supervisor to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Mentor and upskill fresh and junior staff in line with direction from your Head of Coffee, working alongside them on the machine and on the floor.
- Foster a unified team spirit, embodying our "One Team, One Dream" vibe.
- Proactively identifying and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the Head of Coffee or Area Manager for resolution.
- Vigilantly monitoring and managing stock levels, including coffee supplies, powders, milk, garnishes, and dine-in cups, to ensure seamless operations and prevent shortages.
- Working with the Head of Coffee to resolve product costs when necessary.
- Primarily accountable for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and optimal stock levels of the coffee section, while consistently delivering high-quality products at your particular store.
