**The Role**

As Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the development and execution of the member communications marketing strategy across 2 key areas, loyalty & engagement and health and wellbeing. You will work with cross functional teams to ensure the members are contacted across Omni channel marketing initiatives for both planned and adhoc campaigns.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Implement and deliver planned and ad-hoc marketing communications across the member base
- Use data to recommend and improve member communications
- Execute the delivery of marketing campaigns across channels
- Monitor the strategy and frequency of member communications, recommend and uplift across the journey
- Drive member engagement
- Engage with cross functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate effect approach of member communications
- Work with external suppliers including advertising, digital and design where necessary
- Provide reporting on the success of campaigns across the member base and offer objectives to improve return and boost retention
- Work within brand guidelines when delivering communications and campaigns

**The Person**

You will have proven success of working in a marketing role for 3-5 years, managing customer communications and campaigns end to end. Reading data will come naturally to you and working across marketing tech platforms will be easy. - 3-5 years experience in Marketing role
- Data driven marketing and campaign management
- Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
