**Develop, Grow and Achieve**
We are looking for a high-energy **Territory Sales Manager** to join the Hanson team. Based in **Sydney**, you will be growing the business by implementing a regional sales strategy that is focused on securing new business and increasing volume with existing customers through delivering exceptional service offerings and creating opportunities to sell “value-add” products and services
**In your new role, you will**:
- Generate new business customers by ensuring the efficient follow up of all potential customer leads
- Maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers
- Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of account plans for existing and potential customers that achieve mutual business outcomes
- Complete structured call plans with prospects through face to face presentations and networking, ensuring effective communication of Hanson’s value proposition
- Achieve territory/account sales volume targets as well as new product volume targets
- Be actively involved with various industry bodies through attending relevant events and conferences
- Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry

- A proven track record of achievement in a sales or marketing role
- Successfully implemented best practice sales and marketing programs
- An innovative and creative skill in delivering value add products and service solutions to the business
- Strong strategic, commercial and critical thinking skills
- A Positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Product knowledge, including awareness of attributes and performance is an asset
