Seeking a highly motivated sale administration assistant that will support the current Sales and Construction team.

**The Role**

A key part of the Administration Team you will report directly to the Construction Coordinator.

As the Administration Support / Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Entering leads into CRM.
- Entering quotations into the CRM
- Sales administration support.
- Liaising with Head Office; administering payments etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

**About You**:

- 4 to 5 years of similar experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking ability
- Good verbal communication and writing skills - clear and concise
- A natural problem solver and ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to follow set procedures and has good internal controls experience
- Strong leadership skills, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a strong commitment to process improvement
- A good prior work record of attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Can-do attitude
- Experience with a CRM program will be an advantage.
- Experience in pool heating a bonus

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
