The Executive Program Manager provides a range of high level executive, secretariat, and project support services to the CEO and Senior Director Legal Practice including providing strategic advice, managing communications and implementing strategies to support the achievement of the organisation's strategic and operational objectives.
This diverse role has a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, with the primary objective of ensuring the effective and efficient management of priority projects on behalf of the CEO and Senior Director Legal Practice.
What you will do
- Deliver a range of diverse projects and activities on behalf of Executive Services
- Provide advice to the CEO and Senior Directors on program and project progress - identifying dependencies, blockages and offer solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
- Consult and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of strategic and operational outcomes.
- Develop communication strategies and material to support the implementation of program and project activities
- Provide confidential support to the CEO and Senior Directors on strategic and operational priorities and issues in a fast paced and complex work environment.
- think both operationally and strategically to effectively manage priorities
- have experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning
- know how to anticipate and address contentious issues and provide accurate advice on complex matters,
- have the ability to work independently, show initiative and problem solve across a broad range of issues
- possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and high-level consultation and negotiation skills.
