Aurizon Network is reimagining its program management approach, and we’ve created a unique opportunity to make a significant impact: Manager, Program Management, reporting directly to the General Manager of Network Operations.

In this influential role, you’ll lead Aurizon’s Network Program Management function, steering the delivery of approximately $400 million in annual capital programs. Working collaboratively with a skilled and passionate team, you’ll drive innovation and excellence in program delivery while shaping the future of our business**.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor Program Managers and project teams through the full program lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies, processes, and tools to enhance program delivery.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress using KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Build a culture of excellence and drive continuous improvement in project management.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage internal and external agencies supporting program evaluation and execution.
- Provide strategic updates and briefings to executive leadership and stakeholders.
