As Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, managing and executing of end-to-end delivery of a Strategic Program within the organisation to agreed scope, timeframes, cost and quality. You must be able to communicate complex matters into simple and easy to understand language. Strong understanding of program management methodology and agile principles. Strong stakeholder management skills.

**About you**
- Demonstrated relationship management, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills at senior levels
- Demonstrated strategic and tactical thinking with proven implementation of large business critical projects
- 7-10 years' experience as a Project/Program Manager of large, complex projects
- Strong financial industry background is essential
- Proven people management/leadership experience in a matrix delivery organisation
- Extensive experience in management of delivery partners in a technology-enabled environment
- Excellent stakeholder/relationship management, consultation, negotiation, and facilitation skills at senior levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in preparation of papers and reports to Executive sponsor, Steering committees. and delivery forums.
- Relevant program management qualification/certification or equivalent program management experience
- Degree qualified in project management, business, IT, or a related discipline
- Agile, MSP or similarly certified practitioner will be viewed favourably.
