Join us as **Program Manager**, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and partnering with the broader Executive Leadership Team, you will lead and contribute to the various Port of Brisbane strategies to drive long term enterprise value. This role uniquely combines leadership, design and rollout of the Port’s Investment Framework, fostering a community of practice that delivers the Port’s capital program within Board approved Investment Framework processes, along with hands-on program management of agreed key strategic projects, ensuring they align with our governance and strategic objectives.

- You are a strategic thinker, experienced working in a senior project delivery and/or project portfolio management office.
- You have a track record delivering and reporting on program management of significant change within complex organisations.
- You love to work collaboratively with executive leaders, key stakeholders and teams across the organisation to achieve outstanding results.
- You have an effective and engaging communication style and great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds.
