**About the Role**:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate **Customer Service Manager** who can lead our support team to deliver outstanding service across channels. If you love solving problems and creating positive customer experiences, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the customer service team
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
- Monitor SLAs and ensure high service standards
- Train, coach, and support staff development
- Drive service improvements based on feedback and data
- Manage CRM platforms and maintain accurate records
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
- Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing support teams in call centre or online environments
- Analytical thinker with a passion for improving systems and processes
