We’re a growing company looking for a confident, easy-going Service Technician who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you’ll visit customers’ homes to replace filters, service their water filtration units, and ensure everything is running at its best. You’ll also troubleshoot issues, explain your work in clear terms, and help customers understand how to get the most from their system.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Servicing and maintaining water filtration products.
- Replacing filters at customers’ homes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues on the spot.
- Providing friendly, professional, face-to-face customer service.
- Explaining completed work and offering maintenance tips.
- Representing our company with professionalism and care.

Is available for an immediate start for full-time work, Monday to Friday.

This position involves working closely with our service technicians, customers, and warehouse team. We are looking for someone who is organised, process-driven, and able to help us improve efficiency in managing bookings, invoicing, and customer service.
- Answers incoming calls and responds to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Books service appointments for our water filter technicians, ensuring scheduling is efficient and accurate.
- Invoices completed jobs promptly and ensures all service records are updated in the system.
- Greets and assists customers visiting the showroom, including helping them choose and purchase replacement filters.
- Processes and packages orders for shipping when required.
- Contacts customers from our database to book in pending or overdue services.
- Provides clear, helpful information about our products, services, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinates with technicians to confirm bookings, follow up on job progress, and address any special requirements.
- Ensures customer details and job notes are accurately recorded for smooth workflow and future reference.
- Assists with general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of daily operations.
- Follows all company procedures and maintains a high standard of customer care at all times.
