**Description**:
Join a team who hold a zest for inspiring happy and healthy living, coordinating social events and activities and making connections with our valued aged care residents, staff, volunteers, and families.

By promoting and supporting residents daily in a welcoming and nurturing environment, you will design, facilitate, and engage in enriching activities and programs that cater to both individual and group participation. Your role will nurture a strong sense of community and belonging.

**Skills and Experiences**:
If this resonates with you, and you are energetic, warm and possess a genuine interest in providing quality services to fulfil older residents’ physical and emotional lives, then consider the following criteria.
- Holder of Cert IV Leisure and Health Certificate; currently pursing studies in this field, or willing to undertake and complete a qualification in this area.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Residential Aged Care and Dementia residents and their physical challenges
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- High level of customer service and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Understanding of the Aged care standards
- Comfortable using mobile devices and computers
- Minimum of two Covid vaccinations
- Flu vaccinations as per government guidelines
- First aid and CPR
