**Description**:
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Officer - Team Leader, this role will provide support for BallyCara Home Care clients and staff for all non-business hours communication whilst working from home. The ideal person will have previous experience in scheduling/ rostering/ HomeCare and administration, as well as be a team player and enjoys working independently and efficiently.

The After Hours On Call Officer will work across a two-week roster, working approximately 31 hours per fortnight between the hours of 5:00am - 7:00am and 5:00pm - 8:00pm. The successful applicant will be available to work one weekend per fortnight and various other days per week.

Travel to Scarborough would be require for training purposes and all necessary equipment for this role will be supplied including a laptop.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential
- Ability to answer and direct calls to the suitable person
- Follow up on calls and provide detailed handover to the CSO team
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Aged Care industry

Desirable
- Experience in scheduling
- Cert III or higher in Aged Care or relevant field (highly desirable)
