**Description**:
The Role
We’re seeking dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team at BallyCara’s Scarborough Village of Friends, supporting residents across our two Residential Aged Care facilities - Sunnyside Villa and Hibernian Villa.
**Positions available**: Permanent Part-Time & Casual
**Shifts**: Afternoon and night shifts are especially desirable
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care including hygiene, mobility, and daily living support
- Assist residents with meals, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Follow care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ health and behaviour
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

You may also assist our Leisure & Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Allied Health teams to provide seamless, person-centred care.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
You’re empathetic, dependable, and passionate about helping others. You value teamwork and take pride in supporting residents to live their best lives.
**What you’ll bring**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Previous experience in aged care (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Physical and emotional capacity to meet the role’s demands
- Basic computer literacy for documentation

Position Requirements
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian working rights
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations (encouraged)
