The ICT Team Lead for Systems Care plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our Systems Care Teams. This individual will champion a customer-centric ethos in harmony with Goodstart's Foundations, empowering the team to provide exceptional service and support to our stakeholders. Special attention will be given to the Dimensions project, with a focus on enhancing comprehension and proficiency with the product.

**Your Impact**:

- Manage and lead the daily operations of the Systems Care Team, focusing on enabling and empowering the Centre Network teams’ to better understand the systems that they are using and how these tools can enable business success.
- Build and maintain a framework for collaboration around product problem, issues, and enhancements.
- Team Leadership - to lead and drive a customer focussed culture.
- Establish successful support process and communication channels so that faults, defects and incidents are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide data to vendor on regular/ repeatable issues and problems for early intervention.

**You’ll bring to the table**:

- Prior experience in a similar role within the relevant industry is essential, particularly in leading large teams with expertise in contact center solutions.
- Experience of labour and forecasting experience on an enterprise level.
- Strong working knowledge of PureCloud/ Dimensions/Zap / PowerBi desirable.
