**Who is the Smile Specialists Suite?**

Providing a full scope of periodontics with expertise ranging from dental implants to cosmetic surgery, crown lengthening and pain management, delivering top end dentistry to the community means the practice is fast paced and rapidly growing.
- Reporting to the owner and chief clinician_, this fast paced role will include the following:

- Marketing and management of the two practices (Neutral Bay and Newcastle)
- Working with the owners to present thoughtful business strategies to assist with the growth and direction of the business
- Reception duties and support for all office and clerical functions
- Managing practice bookkeeping
- Fostering strong and ongoing relationships with referring dental practices
- Lead risk management and quality improvement processes
- Coordinate the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of staff

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Previous experience in a management and/or high-level practice administrative position
- The ability to build customer and stakeholder relationships
- Previous experience with practice software
- A can do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- A positive and professional attitude with a desire to make a difference in the lives of patients
