**Description**:
Patches is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Practice Manager to manage our Assessment Services. The role will focus on growing our private and contracted clinical activity. The Practice Manager will implement our revamped processes, ensure technology is a feature of our growth, and help to ensure that Patches Assessment Services is a workplace of choice for our team members. The role will be based in our brand new office in Newcastle, NSW.

**Our Practice**

Patches is a neurodevelopmental assessment and therapy service operating nationally. Our team in Newcastle are providing a range of multi-disciplinary assessment services including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). We are working with local stakeholders to deliver FASD assessments particularly targeting those aged 8-18 years of age who may be involved with / or at risk of interaction within the justice system.

Our mission is to provide excellence in assessment of complex neurodevelopmental conditions for children, youth and adults. Patches operates a metropolitan and regional centre service through a network of clinic hubs, and provides outreach to Justice and Child Protection settings.

We are well established in WA and the NT and are now expanding to South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. We are looking for energetic, motivated, passionate people to help us establish and grow our service at these new sites.

**The Role**

You will manage our Assessment services across multiple clinic hubs, with key deliverables including:

- Utilisation of clinicians and space
- Implementation of Telehealth service processes
- Clinician retention
- Onboarding
- Customer service

**What you will need to succeed (Selection Criteria)**
- Proven track record of Practice Management or Health Management
- Successful delivery of projects with tight deadlines, on time and to budget
- Experience in the area of business/organisational management
- Demonstrated ability to set goals, develop priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated capacity to work with communities (in particular Indigenous communities) in a respectful and appropriate manner
- Experience managing teams including in remote locations highly desirable
