**About the Opportunity**
We’re currently seeking a **Client Experience Lead / Team Lead** in **Ballarat**. This is a blended role offering both hands-on client support and leadership responsibilities. You’ll work directly with participants while also guiding and mentoring a team of support workers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across our clients in the Ballarat region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide direct, person-centred care to clients, including those with complex physical and behavioural needs.
- Mentor, support, and guide a team of support workers to maintain high standards of service.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring client plans are being followed and updated as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
- Monitor incident reporting and escalate issues appropriately.
- Promote independence and community engagement for clients.

**About You**
- Experience in disability support, including complex care and critical support needs.
- Experience working in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to person-centred practice and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and internal teams.
- Confidence in using systems, reporting tools, and following procedures.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Australian driver’s licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
