**About the role**
Grampians Area Mental Health Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Team Leader to join our service. As a leading healthcare provider in the region, Grampians Health is committed to providing the highest quality care and service to our patients and the community.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to the Deputy Operations Director - Active Recovery, as well as overseeing a team of administrative staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the mental health teams they support, and maintaining a high standard of service provision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Attending to a broad range of internal and external confidential and sensitive enquiries, via phone and face-to-face
- Ensuring that appropriate and timely follow up action is taken; typing; data entry; maintaining, updating, and training for office and information management systems and procedures
- General administrative duties as required
**Skills and experience**
- 3 years administration experience (preferred)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptive to changing environment
- Experience in MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a mental health or medical health setting would be highly desirable but not essential.
