**The opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive Division at a time of growth. As an Operations Team Leader, you will motivate and coach a committed team to achieve outstanding results. You will lead with purpose, coach for performance and support your team to meet KPI's.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading a team responsible for the delivery of data maintenance, assessment, revenue collection and customer services for one or more legislative acts, rebates or subsidies
- Coaching and developing individuals to be high performers.
- Making it as easy as possible for taxpayers and other customers to interact with us.
- Resolving enquiries in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, to prevent duplication and unnecessary rework
