**Your new company**
A Queensland State Government Department is currently searching for A04 Water Officers to join their newly created team. Operating from within the Projects and Unallocated Water Releases team in South Region you will deliver excellent customer service and provide support and assistance to the team on operational and procedural matters. You may be required to change focus depending on Departmental priorities and requirements in other areas of the business.

**Your new role**
As an A04 Water Officer, you will be responsible for collaborative leadership and supervision for the processing of water metering submissions received from entitlement holders within South Region. Further, you will be undertaking assessments and making recommendations on water metering submissions under the Water
Regulation 2016.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed, you will be a motivated self-starter with experience in Water Management Systems. You will have the ability to travel away from the centre intermittently, which may involve travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation for extended periods as required. Finally, you will have a collaborative leadership style, able to work cooperatively within your team and with external stakeholders.
