**AO4 Domestic and Family Violence Coordinator**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As part of this State Government Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team with you will work in a collaborative team to deliver excellent debt resolution and collection services.

The AO4 Debt Coordinator will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Administer DFV correspondence workload across the Team. Monitor completion statuses and ensure correspondence is processed within timeframes to meet quality and service obligations.
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic goals for the State Government Client
- Demonstrate strong organisational abilities. Be attentive to detail. Monitor workflows, outputs, delivery/execution of work practices and team productivity.
- Provide timely, helpful and supportive client service (both internal and external)
- Use influential communication, and effectively manage client relationships over the phone and in writing to achieve intended results of debt dispute and / or finalisation.
- Efficiently and effectively navigate office computer systems to input, manage, retrieve, and analyse information.
- Provide up-to-date workload reporting and support the leader in the development and implementation of process improvements. Assist in the design and issue of non-routine reports as required by team leaders, managers and directors.
- Provide quality advice regarding workload to assist in the analysis of resources.
- Focus on continuous improvement

**Job requirements**:

- Previous experience in domestic and family violence is highly regarded
- Previous experience in the Government is important
- Previous experience in coordination or investigation
- Have strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- Double Vaccinated
- Australian Citizen
