**About the Company**
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal Government. We currently have multiple opportunities for Executive Assistant and Administration Officers at the AO3 or AO4 level.
**About the Role**
You will provide administrative assistance to the respective Project manager’s and the team in the provision of timely, efficient and confidential services, and provide back up support as required
- Managing the Project manager’s diary and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations and other relevant forum
- Coordinating appointment briefings and materials for the Project manager’s appointments
- Organizing meetings, presentations, and functions, including coordinating catering, prepare meeting rooms, preparing agendas, setting up relevant equipment, and taking meeting minutes as required
- Developing and maintaining systems for tracking workflow and managing deadlines
- Faxing, photocopying, shredding, scanning, ordering stationery, typing reports and correspondence, and general office activities
**About You**
- High level of administration and secretarial skills with attention to detail
- Experience working on busy projects
- Ability to communicate and liaise professionally with executive staff, senior managers and staff across Government departments
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel skills required
- Previous experience working with in Government is desirable but not essential
