We are currently recruiting an AO4 Customer Relations Officer to join a state government department

**Your new company**

Is a large state government department in Queensland that moves and connects people, goods and services safely and efficiently. They plan and manage Queensland's integrated transport environment to achieve sustainable transport solutions for road and rail.

**Your new role**

As a Customer Relations Officer at AO4 level will involve proactively engaging with customers and stakeholders to manage and deliver outcomes on enquiries. Main accountabilities may include:

- Liaising with delivery partners to respond to customer feedback through effective coordination, monitoring and analysis of sometimes complex issues
- Maintain output by prioritising a fluctuating workload measured against KPI's
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with delivery targets in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Provide articulate and professional customer focused advice to customers and stakeholders through a variety of channels in a timely, efficient manner.
- Develop local strategies and procedures to improve work practices and provide the best project support.
- Maintain positive relationships between customer relations, business partners and other stakeholders
- Provide customer focused outcomes that meet agreed time frames and assist stakeholders to understand priorities and trends
- Support and assist users of the CRM system by coordinating and facilitating the triage of system queries and feedback
- Investigate, interpret or evaluate information relating to complaint to either make decisions within existing legislation and processes or for escalating non-routine decisions

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Availability for a 6-month contract
- Can work full-time standard hours of business
- Experience in an administrative role
