We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth in our core services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Lead Generation and Outreach**:
- Engage a variety of clients through proactive lead generation and targeted outreach activities.
- Utilize strategies such as cold calling, lead generation, and scheduled client meetings to create new prospects.
**- Consultative Sales**:
- Possess well-developed consultative sales skills to gain insight into the current business needs of our clients.
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Identify potential prospects within the industry, assess their suitability through consultations, and develop customized quotations based on their scope of practice.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Nurture and qualify sales prospects to establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead contract negotiation processes and support negotiations to secure deals.
- Assume responsibility for lead and revenue generation and profit margins from the services sold.
**- Sales Strategy Development**:
- Formulate sales strategies for designated business segments, including referral partners, clients, and the broader industry.
- Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships that align with the overall strategic direction.
- Support providers with their NDIS audit experience.
- CRM and Reporting:
- Utilize Zoho's CRM system to document customer interactions and insights.
- Keep management informed of sales progress via reports and meetings.
- Be the first point of contact for providers with Zoho and converting leads to sales.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the disability support sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills with the ability to spot and seize new business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of the disability support landscape, including regulatory requirements and funding mechanisms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to forge lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analytical prowess, leadership qualities, and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
- Experience in the disability support sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Zoho.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
