We’re searching for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing agency team of 24 digital marketers, creators and web developers based here in Newcastle. **Are you** 1. Read on. **Key Responsibilities** - Inheriting and managing a book of new and existing clients’ digital projects and monthly retainers - Working with web development, marketing and creative team members to ensure deliverables are completed effectively and on time for clients - Extracting clear performance insights for clients using a mixture of internally developed and industry standard tools - Recommending new ideas, tactics and technologies to help improve results for our clients over time - Contributing to the development of account management and strategy processes **Required skills / experience / attributes**: - Ability to think on your feet, solve problems and have mature business conversations with clients, teammates and other project stakeholders - At least 3 years experience managing clients in an agency, freelance or consulting capacity - Highly organised and adaptable, with a sharp attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the happiness and retention of your book of clients **Preferred, but not essential if you’re a quick learner**: Knowledge and experience with tactical implementations of content marketing, website projects, SEO and digital advertising campaigns. You don’t need to be a unicorn - We don’t expect you to be an expert at everything digital, but you will need to be reasonably tech-savvy and have an ability to pick things up very quickly, figure some things out on the fly with strong communication, asking questions of the team, Googling things, etc. **About Redback Solutions** Founded wayyyy back in 1999, Redback is one of Newcastle’s longest-running digital agencies, specialising in custom website design and development, content creation and digital marketing services.
