**The role**:
An opportunity awaits a motivated, creative and proactive salesperson to step into an Account Management role Located in Newcastle, you’ll work a mostly remote role, alongside a Senior Account Manager and will be embraced by a supportive State and National sales team - a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best in the industry
In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of client accounts as well as generating new business through networking and warm leads. You’ll have direct engagement with clients and sell the breadth of media asset offerings across road, rail, retail, airports (covering digital and classic print campaigns - billboards, bus shelters, digital screens etc). You’ll build your skills as a trusted partner and help grow business and revenue in your accounts. In addition, you will also play a role in providing sales support to the team as required.
In addition you will:
- Build strong and trusted relationships with new and existing clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow up warm leads, up-sell and cross-sell solutions across your accounts, plus manage your pipeline to acquire new customers
- Create market-leading solutions and presentations for your clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market
- Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts
**The Experience**:
You will utilise your previous experience in a client facing role, have strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills. You will have the natural ability to build rapport with clients, have exceptional listening skills and strive for unparalleled customer satisfaction and growth in your accounts You will also:
- Be naturally curious and a natural hunter who enjoys building relationships and commercial partnerships
- Previous media experience highly desirable but not essential
- Be an innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
