**TITLE**: RTO Compliance and Governance Manager

**REPORTS TO**: TTSS Program Director

**LOCATION**:Full time employee located at _HMAS Cerberus_.

**SECURITY CLEARANCE**: Baseline

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The RTO Compliance and Governance Manager, as part of the Senior Leadership team, is responsible for TTSS RTO compliance including compliance with the TTSS contract relating to VET training in the Defence environment.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Typical duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Manage Governance and VET compliance functions
- Liaise with KBR RTO Manager
- Ensure TTSS complies with KBR RTO policy
- Manage compliance cell
- Manage the Competency Management Cell
- Liaise with STS Training Delivery lead relating to TTSS training
- Develop and coordinate TTSS training force currency programs to ensure ASQA compliance
- Ensure that Vocational and trainer competency requirements are met
- Other tasks as directed by Program Director

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Required education, skills and experience**:

- Professional qualifications in education, VET and/or a technical training and adult learning related to the services delivered in the contract (Essential).
- TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)
- Business management qualification (desirable)
- High level Knowledge of Vocational Education and Training (VET) training and competencies (Essential);
- Knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (Essential);
- Experience in internal audit processes in accordance with SRTOs (Essential)
- Demonstrated experience in managing trainer and vocational competency and currency processes
- High level project management and reporting skills (Essential);
- Knowledge of reporting systems and processes typically used in a training environment (Desirable)
- Currently hold or have the ability to obtain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance
