- Hybrid work - 3 days from office, 2 days from home

Situated on the Mornington Peninsula, our client seeks an administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**KEY INFORMATION**
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday
- Permanent role to commence ASAP
- Hybrid working - 3 days from the office in Crib Point, 2 days from home

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report running and order extraction
- Inputting data into system including tender information and government documentation
- Managing internal databases
- Presentation creation using PowerPoint
- Diary management
- Office management including meeting room set up, organising catering, cleaning up
- Obtaining quotes
- Meeting minute preparation
- Deal with internal and external contacts daily
- Ad-hoc office tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in a similar role previously
- Fully competent with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn
- A "can do" attitude where no task is too small
- Ability to relationship build and get along with anyone
