Our client is a highly reputable global consulting and professional services firm.

They have won countless awards in the industry including the award for one of Australia’s Top 25 Best Workplaces.

**About the Role**
- Venue coordination
- Meeting scheduling
- Sponsorship coordination
- Coordinating banners, signage and other event assets
- Stakeholder management

**Requirements**:

- 4 + years’ experience in B2B event management
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications/Business or a related field
- Strong end-to-end experience from event planning through to execution and wrap-up
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must have full Australian working rights without any restrictions
- Must be able to come into the CBD office 4 days per week for the initial period and then 3 days per week on an ongoing basis

**Terms**
- Hybrid model (3-4 days per week in the CBD office
