We are committed to encouraging people to choose 'stories over stuff' and are on track to deliver an experience every second by 2030.

We are The Experience Network.

About the Role

Are you curious, collaborative marketing manager who thrives on building commercial relationships?

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to ensure Big Red Group (BRG) remains the preferred marketplace for our industry supply community, and the best gifting solution for corporate partners. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will be the B2B marketing go-to, delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy for our distribution & corporate gifting customers, as well as the champion for our industry partners.

In this role, you will develop impactful relationships with our key partners, growing their revenue through a range of strategic marketing initiatives, industry partnerships, new product sales, supplier education and sales kit development. You will also be responsible for increasing sales opportunities in our corporate opportunities and key gift card accounts through innovative marketing plans and sales kits.

You will be part of a high performing team, working alongside industry-leading marketing professionals who believe in creating a playground for bold ideas. You will live our values of co-creation, curiosity and customer-obsession, and take pride in how you achieve results, not just the outcome itself.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Partner Marketing

  • Supplier Marketing Co-Op Plans: Develop, implement, and manage co-op marketing plans for primary suppliers, reporting on effectiveness & implementing initiatives for continuous content enrichment.
  • Industry Relations: Build the credibility of the BRG brand through the seasonal release of our Seasonal Experiences Index, supporting industry events, PR, sponsorships and promoting our supplier initiatives through LinkedIn.
  • Supplier Onboarding Programs & Engagement: Create programs to continually support our supply community; onboarding communications, supplier engagement (virtual & in-person events), training modules & resources.
  • Supplier Awards & Recognition Initiatives: Develop and manage initiatives that recognise and reward supplier achievements and long-term partnerships and promote ongoing supplier engagement.

Corporate Marketing & Sales Support

  • Distribution Partner Marketing: Develop an annual marketing calendar with our gift card partners, across onsite activations, paid media, & content to support discovery & sales.
  • Corporate Marketing: Create case studies, white papers & media to encourage discovery & self-service of the BRG gift card program
  • Lead Generation: Generate a pipeline of leads for our sales team by creating valuable content for our key target audiences, distributing through a range of paid & organic media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Apollo) and briefing agencies/internal teams.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team with sales kits, tools, gifting, & networking opportunities.
  • Market Research: Identify key customer segments and clear targeting paths for B2B customer acquisition. Leverage insights from B2C customers, ambassadors, and the supplier community to drive product innovation.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 5+ years proven experience in B2B marketing, supplier relations, and/or industry marketing.
  • Strong background in developing and executing co-op marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in developing enduring partnership programs that deliver commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
