***In this pivotal role, you will become familiar with our customers’ needs, recommend and implement improvements for increased efficiencies as well as adhering to customer enquiries in a timely fashion whilst securing maximum market share of machine parts, and service sales.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Proactive forecasting of planned maintenance across various project sites within the Sydney Metro region.
- Managing onsite performance of contracted fleet and other Komatsu mobile equipment.
- Monitoring and consulting with maintenance crews servicing and repairing Komatsu equipment ensuring a quick return and efficiency.
- Seeking opportunities for new and used equipment sales within the region.
- Planning the Komatsu fleet overhaul requirements.

**What we are looking for**:

- A trade qualified Diesel Fitter is preferred.
- OH&S White Card and a valid Drivers Licence.
- A highly communicative self-starter who can achieve goals when unsupervised and provide customer feedback during critical points of a job.
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Komatsu equipment experience is ideal.
