**Your New Role**:
This role will support content and social marketing and the digital content ecosystem to deliver on Australian Unity’s Real Wellbeing brand positioning, brand strategy and content strategy, helping us deliver on our ambition to be known as the most trusted wellbeing company in Australia.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:

- Support the production, delivery, and quality assurance of digital content—developed internally and externally—ensuring it aligns with editorial standards.
- Content authoring, publishing and optimisation of owned content channels (Sitecore CMS).
- Support the ideation, creation, and presentation of Real Wellbeing content on owned and paid channels.
- Lead the social media content planning, calendar and publishing process and implementation.
- Support & manage key team processes, including briefing, playback, and allocation of resources.
- Engage and influence stakeholders from across Australian Unity, promoting them as Real Wellbeing experts.

**About You**:
We are looking for an individual who will inspire and drive innovation and change. Collaborate with platform marketing teams and stakeholders to produce Real Wellbeing content that aligns with products and services of Australian Unity.

Does this sound like you?
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar content or social media role.
- Experience with Facebook Audience Insights, Ads Manager and other social media tools. Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience in developing content programs, and content creation, with an eye on SEO and SEM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of digital and social channel targeting/advertising.
- Experience in copywriting for social media and online channels.
- CMS experience, ideally Sitecore. (desirable)
