About the Role

Based in our Darra office, you'll be a key member of our Customer Service team, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries from electrical wholesalers and end users
  • Preparing quotes and managing warranty claims
  • Handling phone and email support
  • Assisting the external sales team with technical product queries

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and brings technical lighting knowledge to the table. Ideally, you'll have:

  • 2–3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in electrical wholesale
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Electrical trade background with lighting expertise (highly regarded)
