**Works Coordinator** **_ Fixed Term Full-Time Opportunity (Maternity Leave Cover) _** **About the Role** In this role, you will work within a team of 15 staff in the engineering department which manages the repairs and maintenance of all building services and equipment. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Raise, allocate and close off work orders. - Generate and issue purchase orders and work orders to approved contractors. - Ensure work records are received and filed appropriately. - General reception duties, department meeting agendas and minutes, as well as other tasks as assigned by the manager **About You** - Broad understanding of building maintenance services and applicable terminology. - Basic understanding of hospital operations is desirable. - Very good office management skills, particularly record keeping. - Works effectively in a small team with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. - Demonstrated ability to work proactively and without supervision **Why Joondalup Health Campus?** Joondalup Health Campus is the largest health care facility in Perth’s northern suburbs, providing 24-hour acute care from an integrated public and private campus.
