**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Fitness for Work Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team, located in our Balcatta support centre. This is a Permanent Full Time position reporting to our General Manager, Workers Compensation and Injury Management and General Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Optimisation.

You are someone who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management, the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ensuring set timeframes appliance measures are adhered to all legislative codes, company and client driven policies and procedures.

**Other duties in this scope may include;**
- Monitoring service quality and compliance to Agreements and Sodexo company standards
- Liaison with external suppliers for pre-employment medicals and fitness for work
- Coordinate clinical intervention and recommendations
- Support recordkeeping and proactive strategies for timely completion of pre-employment medicals
- Development and Implementation of fitness for work plans
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired fitness for work outcomes

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you’ll need**:

- Ability to analyse and report information timely and effectively to key stakeholders
- Allied health or injury management background
- Strong and timely record-keeping skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical skills to support problem solving
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Degree/Diploma in health-related discipline (desirable)
- Previous experience in a medical or health related administrative role (desirable)
- Knowledge of employment related legislation (desirable)
