With a fast-growing client base across Australia & New Zealand, we are seeking experienced Employment Relations advisors to join our team.

Our Employment Relations (ER) advisors are critical roles to the success of our business as you will be supporting our clients with expert advice across a diverse range of issues. Supporting clients across Australia and New Zealand

you will get to flex your ER expertise by providing phone-based advice to our SME client base.

You will be excited to join a Company who has the feel of a start up with the financial backing of a Global entity thus providing job security.

You will possess a "can do" attitude with the natural ability to take complex information and ensure that it is easily digestible for our customers in non-technical terms. As you will be working with ANZ Clients, a strong understanding of either Australian
**OR** New Zealand employment legislation is required. This could be either through current experience in a similar role or as a legal graduate who has focused on employment relations.
