Our Employment Relations (ER) advisors are critical roles to the success of our business as you will be supporting our clients with expert advice across a diverse range of issues. Supporting clients across Australia and New Zealand you will get to flex your ER expertise by providing phone-based advice to our SME client base. You will be excited to join a Company who has the feel of a start up with the financial backing of a Global entity thus providing job security. You will possess a "can do" attitude with the natural ability to take complex information and ensure that it is easily digestible for our customers in non-technical terms. As you will be working with ANZ Clients, a strong understanding of either Australian **OR** New Zealand employment legislation is required. This could be either through current experience in a similar role or as a legal graduate who has focused on employment relations.
