**Award Global**is a fast-growing financial services firm committed to delivering tailored mortgage and finance solutions. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a driven, motivated, and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our Sydney team.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support continuous employee development.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and policies in accordance with company and legislative requirements.
- Design and deliver staff engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Lead remuneration reviews and assist in workforce planning and budgeting.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues and best practices.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and WHS requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in managing HR systems
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
