**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to partner with female participant in her mid-40's who is based in Willow Vale, QLD. Our participant has sustained a spinal cord injury which has resulted in limited mobility.

There are Morning shifts available. The shift hours will be (Weekdays: 6am - 9am / Saturdays: 7am to 10am).

**Pay Rates**:

- Day - $38.75 per hour
- Afternoon - $42.63 per hour
- Saturday - $54.25 per hour
- Sunday - $69.75 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with personal care
- Assistance with catheter management
- Manual handling/Transfers
- Assistance with bowel therapy (administering enema and digital stimulation)
- Completing skin checks
- Perform Cough Assist as required
- Prompting Medication
- Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
- Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
- Community access + rehab appointments

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Australian Driver Licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude.
