Job Description Summary

Exciting new opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Warehouse in Clayton South
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead high performing warehouse team to achieve team KPIs and individual goals
- Demonstrate a strong, positive energy and enthusiasm to ensure you are promoting a strong team environment
- Ensure the safety of all employees by complying with legislative requirements and following corrects safety procedures in accordance with Service Stream policy
- Contribute to the economic growth of the business unit
- Provide a safe and effective delivery of all Warehouse functions
- Maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholders, (3PL providers and clients)
- Safe operation of warehouse machinery such as counterbalance and high reach forklift’s

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Warehouse leadership role, or in a similar leadership role, preferably with warehouse qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and maintain high outcomes both personally and within your team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be able to manage your team on a personal level
- Taking pride in the work you do and ensuring you deliver it in a timely manner with an accuracy driven mindset
- Strong forklift experience and LF licence
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Outlook
