**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing **Warehouse Manager** to join our successful Warehousing team in our Clayton branch.

The warehouse at William Adams is considered the “lifeblood of the business”, continuing to supply professional and efficient services to both our internal stakeholders and long-standing loyal customers.

To be successful you will require extensive experience working with warehousing KPI’s and be an expert in implementation of effective warehouse management procedures.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Managing warehousing operations including all receipting, dispatching, categorisation and storage of parts
- Leading a successful team of high performers, mentoring and coaching against KPI’s
- Managing optimal operational policies and procedures to maximise productivity
- Ensuring all inventory control procedures are adhered to at standard
- Management of the established Contamination Control and safety, health & environment culture

**You will be an experienced Warehouse Manager with the following**:

- Extensive experience in warehouse management procedures and best practice
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team, from Pickers to Supervisors
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle simultaneous tasks
- Intermediate / Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- A qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business would be highly regarded
- A current forklift licence
