Key position responsibilities (The duties that must be performed on a regular basis to accomplish the result.):
Key expected position results / outcomes:
Undertake warehousing duties in a timely manner in accordance with site policies and procedures

Warehousing duties undertaken within specified timeframes, whilst adhering to site guidelines.

Undertake receipting and inspection of inwards goods
- Inward goods receipted in accordance with site procedures with any non conformities readily communicated to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Inward goods stored in accordance with site requirements

Undertake picking, packing and dispatch of product in an efficient, safe and accurate manner.
- Stock identified for dispatch is picked and packed in a timely manner to ensure products are available for dispatch at the appropriate cut-off time.
- Supporting documentation is to be completed and filed on a daily basis for all dispatched product.

Undertake assigned cycle counts on a regular basis, with product reconciliations completed as required

Cycle counts and product reconciliations undertaken on a regular basis in accordance with site procedures

Undertake storage activities with the aid of a Forklift, lifting devices and manual handling to ensure stock is stored safely and undamaged.

Storage activities undertaken in a safe and efficient manner

Undertake other duties, including non-warehouse related duties, as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor, or their nominated delegate.

Alternative duties undertaken in accordance with verbal or written instruction.

In the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor, assume leadership responsibilities for the warehouse.

Actively supervise and coordinate warehouse

personnel to ensure warehouse targets are achieved;
proactively resolve matters as they arise in

accordance with HFS guidelines

Qualifications (e.g. Tertiary Studies, Accreditations, Professional Memberships)
Licence to Perform High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)
Certificate III or IV Warehousing Operation (desired)
