We are seeking an experienced and self motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy & growing team, undertaking Blue & White Collar Recruitment within the Mining Industry.

Working within the newly refurbished Belmont office, you will be provided the tools to manage your desk. We have modern database management systems (JobAdder) as well as easy to use functions to ensure that your day to day work is smooth and you can focus on making placements.

This role sits within the Trades & White Collar Recruitment Team, responsible for recruitment of Fixed Plant and MEM Maintenance teams, non Trades roles such as Trades Assistants and Service persons, Engineering, Administration and other roles as required.

You will be provided with contacts so you will have work to commence straight away. We are set up so each of us have Laptops and mobile phone provided upon commencement. We have an office in Dunsborough and Clients throughout the Pilbara, so some travel for work will be required on occasion.

There is a straight forward commission structure, where you will get paid for every placement you make (on commencement) on top of a Base Salary, as well as Commissions for New Sites and New Clients.

If you have Blue Collar Recruitment experience (2-3 years), have strong computer skills, excel in communication and can work in a self managed capacity, we are interested in hearing from you
