**About the Opportunity**

A great new position has been created at Nordon Cylinders in Brendale for a Planning Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will coordinate between our Engineering, Sales and Production teams as well as the customer to ensure cohesion, a reduction in overall processing times and maximising lead time for production.
- From day to day, your responsibilities will include:_
- Managing the warranty process and client engagement.
- Be the single point of engineering design and planning support for the sales team.
- Focus on BOM management, customer specific requirements and improve costings / margins.
- Liaise with procurement team to ensure long lead items are ordered in a timely manner and kept on track.
- Pricing management, updating and maintaining customer specific contract pricing.
- Provide a proactive approach to the order fulfilment process.
- Manage the process for engineering drawing design and approval between the client and our engineering team.
- Client liaison post order award.
- Provide data to site leadership and adjust work sequences as needed.
- Manage the ERP system in relation to sales, warranty, and order fulfilment input.
- Coordinate order handover to internal stakeholders and output to the client.

**About You**
- A mechanical background, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Commercial acumen.
- Client relationship management skills.
- A high level of interpersonal skills.
- Organised and task orientated.
- Planning and coordinating experience, preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication and time management skills.
- Sound computer literacy in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems experience such as SAP, Pronto and Infor LN.
