**The role**
This is a great opportunity to continue your HR career working with a global leader. You will be working with a vibrant and close knit HR team that are committed to developing and maintaining the positive and efficient culture across the organisation. This role provides exposure to all facets of HR and provides many and varied learning opportunities.
As the people & Culture Officer you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to our operations in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for preparing contracts of employment, data entry and maintenance of the HRIS, electronic filing, extracting and analysing data as well as generating HR reports and metrics.
You will also be involved in responding to general HR inquiries, assisting with EBA negotiations, supporting large cyclical and planned HR projects, and onboarding and induction activities.
This role will be located at our Melbourne Corporate Office in Collins Street, a short walk from Spencer Street Station and Collins Street trams.
**What’s needed?**
Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:
- A passion for developing a career in HR
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent);
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role;
- A good understanding of technology, databases and systems
- Experience with remuneration and benefits would be highly regarded
