- Fixed Term, part time position in a central Hawthorn location. Contract until 9 Jan 2026.

**About the Role**
The People & Culture Officer reports to the Manager, People & Culture Assist in the Shared Services Team.
People & Culture Officer is primarily responsible for the delivery of professional advice and services to support the effective operation of People & Culture Assist as well as the broader People & Culture division. The incumbent for this entry-level position will be provided the opportunity to develop generalist HR skills in a supportive environment.
**This role is a part time role based on.5 FTE. It is a fixed term contract until 9 Jan 2026.**

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have:
- Administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to deliver effective processes and systems
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Experience in front-line customer service with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as independently under general supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to draft documentation and interact positively with colleagues and clients
- Demonstrated computer literacy, data entry and word-processing skills including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office
