An exciting opportunity has opened for a PR & Marketing Coordinator to join our sass & bide, Marcs and David Lawrence family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.

The main purpose of the role reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, is to create and implement PR and marketing strategies and materials aligned with out brand DNA’s.

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**Public Relations**:

- Build and nurture PR relationships
- Support in designing a PR plan to support the brand’s annual plans and objectives
- Regularly analyse metrics of PR initiatives and activities
- Support the management of external PR consultants on all PR activity including event planning and organisation
- Create and keep updated editorial lists, plus an influencer and KOL database
- Maintain sample tracker & keep a record of media exposure

**Brand Marketing**:

- Assist with the pre and post production of seasonal photoshoots and extra content shoots.
- Develop strong edm & seo optimization strategies, assisting in the development, planning and execution of the seasonal comms plan
- Continuously monitor competitors, market trends and perform market research to stay relevant in market
- Support in developing marketing strategies to increase awareness, consideration and drive sales.

**Retail Marketing**:

- Prepare marketing collateral for in-store marketing activity, including for new store openings and exits;
- Manage the local area marketing activity and monitor opportunities, update seasonal imagery and promotional activity. Keep LAM contacts list updated.
- Be the first contact for Myer & David Jones marketing team, manage briefs and deadlines for all planned marketing activity.
- Liaise with shopping centre stylists to provide samples for campaign launches, fashion shows and VM displays;
- Coordination of regular retail events including any VIP events.
- Update seasonal campaign book, look book, retail books and line book;
**Social Media**:

- Populate topline social media activity into the marketing calendar.
- Work with graphics team on assets required for external partners social media channels. Liaise with design & planning to ensure content aligns.
- Provide support to the Group Social Media Manager in the execution of influencer partnerships for paid collaborations and gifting-only initiatives. This includes communication to influencers/agents and timeline management.
- Support social media competitions across Instagram and TikTok.
- Marketing/Communications or other relevant degree;
- 4+ years experience in PR and/or marketing, preferably in the fashion industry;
- You’re a multitasker, prioritising your workload appropriately;
- You’re customer centric - everything you do is with our customer in mind;
- You have a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships;
- You are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues;
- You’re a strong, clear & concise communicator;
- You provide feedback as & when required to all levels of the business;
- You are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results;
- You are passionate about leading the culture of fashion for bold and individualistic women
